The conference addresses experts from Russian and North Rhine-Westphalian universities and research institutes. The objective is to enhance and expand bilateral cooperation in research and innovation as well as initiate joint projects in the areas of digitalisation and information technologies, natural sciences and engineering.

The conference will provide an insight into Russia’s scientific landscape and present examples of successful bilateral research collaborations with partners in North Rhine-Westphalia. Experience reports on ongoing projects between North Rhine-Westphalia and the Russian Federation will highlight how such collaboration takes place in practice.

You are invited to contribute your experience and ideas to the discussion within the framework of thematic workshops. The conference language is English and participation is free of charge. There will be simultaneous German-Russian and Russian-German interpreting during the morning session.

Commercial enterprises interested in research partnerships are also welcome.

Call for Posters

The aim of the Call for Posters is to give you an opportunity to present your scientific expertise and to facilitate communication with potential new cooperation partners.

The poster exhibition will be located in the foyer and in the rooms designated for the thematic workshops.

Please note that the number of posters exhibited will be limited to 15!

Poster submission:

  1. Your poster should illustrate your scientific and technological excellence as well as your experience in international R&D&I projects.
  2. It must not exceed A0 in size (841 x 1189 mm).
  3. Your poster must be in English.
